The former Minister of Transportation and All Progressive Congress, Presidential Aspirant, Chibuike Amaechi has enjoined the Igbo community in Rivers state not to give in to any threats targeted at their businesses if they don’t vote for the PDP candidate in the forthcoming governorship election.
Speaking while addressing some sections of Igbos mainly traders and businessmen in Port Harcourt, Rivers state capital, Mr. Amaechi said igbos and ikwerres are one in terms of language, culture, and behavior.
He said : “Discountenance tthe notion that Ikwerres are not Igbos. We are the same “ .
