- Bobrisky’s sister has ignited a social media storm with a fiery video, pointing fingers at Actress Eniola Ajao and other prominent female celebrities for allegedly deserting the controversial crossdresser.
- The scandal erupted after Bobrisky’s arrest for flaunting new Naira notes at the premiere of Eniola Ajao’s movie, ‘Ajakaju’. Since then, Bobrisky has been locked in police custody, pending ongoing court hearings.
A woman claiming to be Bobrisky’s sister has publicly voiced her disappointment with certain female acquaintances whom she alleges abandoned the well-known Nigerian transgender personality in EFCC custody.
Bobrisky, who has been embroiled in several controversies over the past weeks, was arrested at Pinnock Estate in Lagos state on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, over what is considered an abuse of the naira at actress and Filmmaker Eniola Ajao’s Ajakaju movie premiere and has since been detained at the Lagos Command of the EFCC.
In a bid social media call-out, Bobrisky’s purported sister took aim at several individuals, including Eniola Ajao, whom the crossdresser allegedly went above and beyond to please and add glamour to their event.
She accused most of Bobrisky’s friends and beneficiaries of abandoning him to suffer in EFCC custody.
The lady emphasized that her brother became the transgender and crossdresser he is today out of necessity to make a living, and urged against judging him based on this choice.

Bobrisky was arrested on April 3 and convicted by a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on Friday, April 5, 2024, after pleading guilty to the charges of naira abuse levelled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
The EFCC filed a six-count against Bobrisky, with the first four counts related to Naira abuse and the last two counts concerning alleged money laundering.
Prior to reading the charges, the EFCC prosecutor requested the court to dismiss counts five and six.
He, however, asked to be pardoned, adding that he was not aware of the laws binding the Naira abuse and vowed to educate his fans on social media about it.
Subsequently, Justice Abimbola Awogboro scheduled today April 9, 2024, for his sentencing and ordered that he be held in EFCC custody until then.
