The hearing for the cases filed by Atiku Abubakar and the Allied Peoples Movement has been postponed by the presidential election petitions tribunal.
The hearing of the tribunal panel members’ petitions was put off until Tuesday by Justice Haruna Simon Tsammni, the presiding judge, on Monday.
Recall that the Action Alliance (AA) has withdrawn their petition objecting to Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, winning the presidential election on February 25.
At the pre-hearing meeting of the presidential election tribunal on Monday, the party declared their withdrawal.
Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Oba Maduabuchi is in charge of the party’s legal defense team.
