This afternoon, a few motions have been scheduled for consideration by the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).
One of such motion was submitted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which sought to modify the orders allowing Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, candidates for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Labour Party (LP), to examine documents used in the 2023 presidential election.
The motions made on March 6 by Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, and the All Progressives Congress (APC), the president-party, elect’s requesting an order to check documents used for the previous presidential election, are also scheduled for hearing today.
Further listed for hearing is a motion by Obi and LP “for leave to carry out a digital forensic and physical inspection of BVAS, etc.”
