I stand to challenge our government to always put all accused person in the realm of insecurity issues on a public death sentence if the government wants to be sincere. The government should not be making crocodile tears while we loose innocent souls to the hands of the government’s friends.
Kidnapping for ransom is not only getting worse but it has already gotten to the climax where it’s now obvious that the perpetrators of this deadly act are either sponsored from the power brokers or those challenging the political powers of the power brokers. Both challengers still operate within the confine of the same chess players while the victims of the act are the porns.
Level of hunger, unemployment and underemployment in Nigeria as at today culminate to the worsen security challenges as idle hands sees kidnapping as another source of livelihood while the godfathers sees it as a political opportunity. The government can’t deny the fact that the perpetrators backbones are not presently in government or friends of the government if not, why can’t Nigeria government declare a total war on kidnapping and banditry? Why can’t our government place perpetrators on death sentence when caught? Why haven’t we heard of a sound judgement for those caught? All we hear is: they are foreigners but after the bomb blast in Ibadan, we were let known that the foreigners had the backings in government.
I stand to challenge our government to always put all accused person in the realm of insecurity issues on a public death sentence if the government wants to be sincere. The government should not be making crocodile tears while we loose innocent souls to the hands of the government’s friends.
Enough is enough!
