Speaking in a recent episode of the ‘Elsie Not Elisee’ podcast, Juls discussed his collaborations with Wizkid, highlighting the singer’s approach to music production.
Juls noted that despite having many studio sessions with Wizkid, only one song, “True Love,” was finally released.
Juls attributed Wizkid’s tendency to withhold music from the public to his high standards and attention to detail.
“I have had quite a lot of sessions with Wizkid. He’s always recording. He has so many songs that are never coming out because he’s a perfectionist. He’s very particular, too,” he said.
The producer also expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work with Wizkid, stating that their collaboration on “True Love” had a profound impact on his career.
