However, one of the highlights of the evening was not the awards themselves, but rather the behaviour of one of the hosts, Toyin Abraham.
Toyin Abraham, a renowned Nollywood actress, was captured on camera looking uneasy and uncomfortable throughout the event. Her facial expression, which was a mix of discomfort and unease, raised concerns among many netizens.

The actress and mother of one took to social media to sing the praises of her actor husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi.
Showering her man with encomiums to mark International Men’s Day, Toyin Abraham accompanied the sweet post with a clip of herself with a bulging tummy.
In said clip, Kolawole Ajeyemi who was also in it could be seen lovingly rubbing his wife’s protruding belly.
At the end of the post, Toyin Abraham swiftly clarified that she is not pregnant, to shut down rumours that might emanate from the clip.
She added that the video was shot during her upcoming movie, Alakada Bad and Boujee movie production.
