Nigerian singer, Anthony Victor, popularly known as Victony has revealed his backup plan.
The ‘Soweto’ crooner said he would have been in the movie industry if he wasn’t a musician.
The 23 year old singer however, admitted that he isn’t great at acting but added that notwithstanding, he would have still given it a trial.
Speaking in a recent interview with MTV Base, Victony said:
“I would have been acting if I wasn’t an artist. I don’t know how to act though, but I can try.”
The singer said his ‘old school’ fashion sense is inspired majorly by his dad, stressing that he watched his dad dressing in old school while growing up and he decided to adopt it. Victony added:
“My look is basically a reflection of who I am; my background, my story, and my whole person.”
Victony said if he could listen to one album for three years it would be ‘Laughter, Tears & Goosebumps’ by Fireboy DML.
In other news, Nigerian disc jockey and producer, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, professionally known as DJ Cuppy has said she had one of the worst years of her life last year because she didn’t say “No” often.
She expressed regret over accepting her ex fiancé, Ryan Taylor’s marriage proposal in 2022, instead of saying No.
The Disc Jockey while speaking at a function told her listeners that it’s okay to say No at times.
That’s when she said she should have said no to a lot of things including her ex-fiancé, amongst other things.
