In a passionate plea to the Nigerian government, actor Seun Jimoh has called for a state of emergency to be declared on food.
With millions of Nigerians facing hunger, Jimoh emphasized the urgent need for action to address this critical issue.
Highlighting the devastating impact of the situation of things on families across the country, he urged the federal government to find a way to bring immediate intervention to combat hunger and food insecurity in Nigeria.
According to him, there should only be starvation in the country during times of war or when there are no fertile lands.
In his words:
“Dear Nigerian government, it is time to declare a state of emergency on food production. The only time there should be famine in the land is if there is a war or if there are no arable lands. There is no reason why food should be scarce in Nigeria.”

Seun Jimoh cautioned such women on the need to keep their extra marital affairs or cheating away from their partner.
Giving reasons, the Yoruba actor stated that it is a hard pill for men to swallow when they find out that their women had an affair.
According to him, men don’t forgive cheating and as such, women should keep the mistake to themselves. He added that if they ever confess, their men will hold it over and punish them with it for the rest of their life. In his words:
“Dear female, I know this may be a hard pill for men to swallow, if you ever cheat on your man by mistake, don’t ever confess! keep it between you and God.
“Men don’t forgive cheating” and if they do, they will hold it over and punish you with it for the rest of your life.”
