She said:
“Social media is a tool. It can be used to build, connect, and inspire, or it can become a toxic space. My dos are to be authentic, protect your energy, and use the platform wisely. My don’ts are to avoid oversharing, seeking validation, or letting online negativity control you.
“Many people have been driven to depression on account of toxic experiences on social media and the mother of one and advocate for intentional living offered her two cent on how to navigate such experience.
“Cyberbullying is cruel and can be mentally exhausting. People hide behind screens to project their insecurities onto others. My advice is to block, delete, and move on. Engaging only gives them power. At the same time, it is important to build real-life support systems so that social media does not become your only world.
Speaking about her life’s journey, brand and what she’d done in the past to be where she Is today, she said:
“My journey has been one of resilience. I was married before, and I am now a single mother, which comes with its own challenges. I started influencing in 2018 and have worked with both big and small brands. Over time, I expanded into business and marketing, helping brands grow their presence. Right now, I am building my own agency, which is already in the works.”
