Let’s be more focused on what matters the most to the country. It is high time bloodshed got brought to an abrupt end. The country has gone through a whole lot. It now has to be repaired. Cannot afford going through terrible times again, so can we, the citizens.
Talking about security stability, Nigeria has, over the years, inarguably been left far behind in this regard.
A couple of days ago, while scrolling through my news feeds on Facebook, I came across a post containing the attached screenshot by Dr. Aisar Fagge, lamenting over the current reality of the country, expressing how cast down he was to come to the realization that bandits are even on TikTok but yet, a single attempt has never been made to get them traced.
We had had enough of this in the last administration; and alas, worse before it. Enough is enough! It is high time this became a history. There is a robust need to chase “insecurity” back into its poor hole at a high rate of speed.
Speaking with frankness, to say that I sometimes wonder if the government are really in the knowledge that the level of insecurity of the country has derailed to such an extend that almost everywhere is unsafe is absolutely true.
However, to be candid, until the government wakes up from its deep slumber and go on to deal fircely with these marauding, coursed creatures, the country would always be in a state of guagmere.
Let’s be more focused on what matters the most to the country. It is high time bloodshed got brought to an abrupt end. The country has gone through a whole lot. It now has to be repaired. Cannot afford going through terrible times again, so can we, the citizens.
Therefore, I call on the government to please go on to do the needful by taming the security problem in the country.
