Reflecting on his milestone, in an interview with Punch, the music veteran described his achievements as a testament to divine providence, asserting that he harbours no regrets about his past decisions. He said:
“There is nothing I wished I had done differently. It’s all God’s plan, and I don’t have any regrets whatsoever. I believe I’m still soaring higher. I have not even started.”

“There are lots of achievements that I can’t even mention.
Is it the children that God blessed me with and helped me sponsor their education abroad? Or myself, that God gave another citizenship abroad? Or the houses and other investments that God has given me? There are lots of achievements.
I can’t mention enough, really. All I can say is I thank my creator and my star.”
