TREXM Holdings has announced applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme (Sales), targeting young Nigerian graduates looking to build careers within the energy and industrial value chain.
The privately held company, known for acquiring and operating businesses across key industrial sectors, said the programme is designed to equip candidates with practical sales experience, structured training, and professional development opportunities.
Successful applicants will undergo hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to real business operations within the company’s network.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in:
- Engineering and other STEM-related fields
- Social and Management Sciences
- Completion of NYSC with valid certificate or exemption letter
- 0–2 years post-graduation experience
- Not more than 27 years of age
TREXM Holdings stated that successful candidates may be redeployed to any of its operational locations, including Lagos, Warri, or Port Harcourt, upon completion of the training programme.
The company also noted that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted during the recruitment process.
