The recruitment portal for the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) is now working again after being down for several months.
Earlier, the board had completed the Computer-Based Test (CBT), but the portal suddenly stopped working, leaving many applicants confused about what would happen next.
Now, the portal — http://recruitment.cdcfib.gov/ — is accessible again, and applicants can log in to check for updates. This has given many people fresh hope that the recruitment process is moving forward.
Many candidates who have been waiting for months are now hopeful that the shortlist will be released soon. Some believe the return of the portal is a sign that good news is close.
Although there is no official announcement yet, sources say the shortlist of successful candidates may be released anytime soon.
Before the portal went offline, it was the main place for applications and updates for those applying to Civil Defence, Fire Service, Correctional Service, and Immigration Service.
For now, applicants are advised to keep checking the portal regularly and stay updated.
The return of the portal is seen as an important step towards completing the recruitment process.
