MONSEY: A 20-year-old bochur riding a scooter was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of College Road and Carlton Road. Hatzoloh EMS responded and transported the victim to Westchester Medical Center with serious injuries. Ramapo Police is on the scene investigating the circumstances of the crash, avoid the area.
