CBS News reports that Todd Lyons, the acting head of ICE, is planning to leave the federal government later this spring after leading the agency during President Trump’s deportation crackdown, according to two U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

Lyons reportedly told colleagues he plans to depart in June to spend more time with family and is expected to pursue work in the private sector afterward.
