Publisher of 9News Nigeria and Chief Executive Officer of Nine Communications Nigeria Limited, Obinna Ejianya on Friday congratulated Professor (Dr.) Luke Chike Igweobi on his 50th birthday.

Ejianya in a goodwill message described the milestone as a celebration of purpose, excellence, and enduring impact.

He expressed gratitude to God for the life of the renowned mental health expert, adding that reaching the golden age of 50 marks a significant chapter of fulfilment and continued relevance.

“Fifty years is a remarkable milestone of grace and purpose. We thank God for your life and pray that you will celebrate many more decades 60, 70, 80, 90, and even 100 years and beyond—in good health and divine favour,” he said.

Ejianya added, “I am proud to have known him since our formative years. His brilliance, discipline, and character distinguished him even then, and over the years, he has continued to excel, rising above expectations and making a global impact.”

The Publisher of 9News Nigeria while reflecting on their long-standing relationship, recalled their shared history dating back to their secondary school days, saying Igweobi was exceptional from an early stage.

Commending the professor’s contributions to humanity, particularly in the areas of leadership, healing, and service, he said his influence extends beyond professional achievements to community development.
