President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his wife, Senator Oluremi, were part of the voting populace in Ikoyi on Saturday, 23 May, 2026 during the Presidential primary election of All Progressives Congress (APC), reports thegazellenews.com
Thegazellenews.com reports further that the President and his wife arrived at the Ireti Primary School, Mekuwen, Ikoyi in Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State, venue of the exercise at about 11.35 am.
Thereafter, the leader of the APC Presidential Primary Election team from the national headquarters, Mrs. Martha Adukwu signalled the commencement of the exercise.
The president and his wife participated as a members of APC in Ward L2 of Ikoyi in Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State
Adukwu announced that a total of 5,163 voters while 4,496 who voted in the election voted for the President.
