Nigerian influencer Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has stirred fresh reactions online after giving an update on her health amid ongoing claims surrounding her alleged stage 4 cancer diagnosis.
GistLover previously reported that Blessing CEO had shared a medical document said to support her claim of having stage 4 breast cancer, a move that came while she sought financial assistance from the public. The report was allegedly issued by Xinus Medical Diagnostics and signed by Dr. O.A. Odigwe, a consultant pathologist.
However, the medical facility later disputed the document, insisting that the original report was not hers. According to Xinus Medical Diagnostics, the authentic report was actually issued to a different patient, Deborah Mbara, in May 2025.
Deborah Mbara, a makeup artist and cancer survivor, also reacted in a video shared on her Instagram page. She claimed that Blessing CEO had previously reached out to her, requesting to see her medical report in order to compare it with what she had.
Meanwhile, a recent video posted by the self-acclaimed relationship blogger has sparked further discussion online after viewers noticed a visible discolouration on her hand, prompting mixed reactions and renewed curiosity from fans.
