BREAKING: Trump Halts Iran Strike After Last-Minute Diplomatic Intervention From Arab Leaders

United States President Donald Trump has reportedly suspended a planned military strike on Iran following urgent appeals from key Arab leaders in the Middle East.

According to reports shared on his Truth Social account, the attack was initially scheduled for Tuesday but was called off after intervention from regional leaders pushing for renewed diplomatic negotiations.

Trump said the request came from Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

He explained that ongoing discussions between the United States and Middle Eastern partners influenced the decision to pause the planned operation.

The former president added that while the strike has been temporarily halted, military forces have been instructed to remain on standby should negotiations fail.

He emphasized that any potential agreement must ensure Iran does not acquire nuclear weapons, stressing that diplomatic efforts are still ongoing but fragile.

Trump also warned that if talks collapse, a large-scale military response could be activated “on a moment’s notice.”

The development comes amid renewed tensions between the United States and Iran, with negotiations reportedly stalled in recent weeks despite earlier ceasefire arrangements.

Diplomatic observers say the latest move highlights the increasing role of Gulf states in mediating high-stakes security disputes involving Washington and Tehran.
