BUA Foods has opened applications for its Agricultural Graduate Technical Trainee Program (AGTTP), a programme designed to train young graduates for careers across the agricultural value chain.
The programme is being organised through LASUCO Sugar Company Limited, a subsidiary of BUA Foods, and focuses on developing young professionals through structured training, field exposure, and operational support.
According to the company, the AGTTP is aimed at supporting BUA Foods’ agricultural operations while building a pipeline of skilled young talents for the sector.
The company said participants will gain practical experience and technical exposure in different areas of agricultural operations.

The Agricultural Graduate Technical Trainee Program is designed to help graduates develop hands-on experience in agriculture-related operations while working within BUA Foods’ agricultural ecosystem.
Successful candidates are expected to undergo training that combines technical learning with field assignments and operational responsibilities.
The programme is also expected to expose trainees to different stages of the agricultural value chain.
