Teachers seen in this video from Community Primary School, Umuora Obulechi, Oriuzor, in Ezza North LGA of Ebonyi State, have reportedly been suspended by the government for allowing a content creator to expose the dilapidated condition of the school.
Rather than taking responsibility and addressing the poor state of the school, the government resorted to suspending the teachers for allowing the condition of the school to be filmed and brought to public attention.
Meanwhile, an Ebonyi-born businessman, Chief Chibuike Orogwu, has pledged to construct a new school building and provide the necessary facilities for the institution. Construction work has already commenced.
