This is the moment a man was arrested after allegedly pulling a drill on beachgoers following an argument over a sunlounger.

Yacov Jacques Levi, 50, was arrested on Wednesday afternoon following an incident at the Solimar condominiums in Surfside, Miami.

An arrest report states that the situation began when Levi was told he could not use the sunloungers reserved for residents.

It is alleged that he then became “irate” and tried to strike them with an umbrella, before stripping naked.

According to the report, Levi then allegedly “charged forward” while holding a drill and shouting “I’m going to kill you”.

Witnesses told officers they fled the scene after seeing him brandishing the tool.

When officers arrived, police say Levi refused to comply with commands and began rolling on the sand. He is also accused of kicking an officer as they attempted to restrain him.

Body camera footage obtained by WPLG showed officers aiming their weapons at Levi as he sat shirtless on a beach chair.

“We have him at gunpoint,” one officer is heard saying over the radio.

“Put your hands up, or you’re going to get tased,” another officer warned.

Levi was detained and charged with attempted aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, battery on a police officer and criminal mischief, according to court records.

He was later booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, where he remains without bond. He has not yet entered a plea.
