Thanks to both Flatbush and Boro Park Shomrim volunteers, a suspect was arrested on Bay Parkway and McDonald Avenue by the NYPD after he attempted to assault a couple with a hammer on Avenue M and McDonald Avenue. Thankfully, Shomrim arrived in seconds before the man was able to inflict harm.
