K1 releases music to celebrate Arsenal’s EPL triumph

Fuji music legend, Olasunkanmi Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate or KWAM 1, has recorded a celebratory song for Arsenal following the club’s historic Premier League title victory.

The well-known supporter of the North London club returned to the studio after Arsenal sealed their first league title in 22 years.

The Fuji star had earlier released viral videos celebrating the triumph before composing a special tribute track for the Gunners.

In snippets of the song circulating online, K1 praised Arsenal players while celebrating the club’s return to the summit of English football.

He sang: “Gunners for life, the wait is over, we are the champions.”

The Fuji icon ended the tribute with: “K1 De Ultimate, Gunners for life.”

K1 was not the only Nigerian celebrity to celebrate Arsenal’s Premier League success.

Nigerian music stars Davido, Falz, Seun Kuti, Tiwa Savage, Banky W, and Timi Dakolo also reacted across social media platforms following the club’s long-awaited title triumph.

Davido announced his renewed support for the club with a post on X.

He wrote: “BACK A GUNNER!!!.”

The Eagle Online had reported that Arsenal officially won the 2025/26 Premier League title after Manchester City were held to a 1-1 draw by Bournemouth on Tuesday night.

The result left Mikel Arteta’s side four points clear at the top of the table with one match remaining.

The title triumph ended Arsenal’s 22-year wait for the English league crown and marked the club’s first Premier League success since Arsène Wenger’s unbeaten “Invincibles” side of the 2003/04 season.

Arsenal are also preparing for the UEFA Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain in Budapest on May 30.

Victory in the final would secure the club’s first-ever European Cup and complete a historic league and Champions League double.

The title victory has revived a familiar slogan across football circles: “London is red again.”
