KSH Foundation has announced the launch of EveryGirl 3.0, a new edition of its flagship programme focused on equipping young women and girls in underserved communities with digital skills and access to opportunities in the growing digital economy.

The initiative, themed “Building Digital Power,” is designed to go beyond basic digital training by helping participants develop critical thinking, communication, and self-awareness needed to succeed in today’s technology-driven environment.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Project Lead at KSH Foundation, Augustina Okpechi, said the programme builds on the success of previous cohorts while introducing a stronger empowerment focus for participants.

According to her, EveryGirl 3.0 will maintain its existing structure, including a two-week virtual learning phase, a five-day physical immersion programme, and 90 days of group mentorship for selected participants.

She explained that this year’s curriculum has been expanded to include digital literacy, intellectual development, monetisation, and the use of AI for learning, as the foundation seeks to prepare young women for emerging opportunities within the digital space.

Okpechi also revealed that the programme is introducing “Introduction to Health Technology” with a focus on FemTech during the immersion phase.

She said the addition is aimed at exposing participants to growing opportunities in women’s health innovation and encouraging more young women to consider careers within the FemTech ecosystem.

“Beyond coursework, the immersion includes curated exposure experiences such as visits to organisations, cultural excursions, and interactive learning environments,” she said.

She added that the experiences are designed to broaden participants’ perspectives, boost confidence, and expose them to new career and growth opportunities.

Applications for EveryGirl 3.0 are currently open via EveryGirl application portal www.everygirl.com.ng/.
