ONC PG, Amb Ibe Hails Historic & Violence-Free EPA Election

Ambassador Emeni Ibe (JP AP), the President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, has extended his heartfelt commendation to the Egi People’s Assembly (ELECO) for conducting a successful and violence-free election.

The President General Orashi National Congress specifically thanked the ELECO Chairman, Hon. Dr. Sunny Ogide, and his team for deploying their vast expertise to deliver a free, fair, and credible process. While acknowledging minor glitches, he hailed it as one of the best elections ever in recent time

In a firm and inspiring declaration, the ONC PG asserted that all elections of community should be held within the community. “Taking  activities to other community does not speak well. It limits participation” he stated.

Ambassador Emeni Ibe also expressed gratitude to the outgoing EXCOS for their contributions and warmly congratulated the newly elected winners.

“Your victory is a call to purposeful leadership. Lead with vision, integrity, and inclusivity. Strive to bring Egi people into prominence,” he urged.

The President General Orashi National Congress concluded with a rallying call for unity and progress, reaffirming Egi’s bright future under homegrown, credible leadership.
