Nigerian comedian Sabinus has shared that Afrobeats star Burna Boy is currently involved in significant development projects in his hometown, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Speaking during a recent livestream with Carter Efe, Sabinus praised the singer’s contributions to the city, highlighting his positive influence on the community.
According to him, the Grammy-winning artist is reportedly funding the construction of key infrastructure such as a road, a bridge, and a school within the area.
Sabinus went on to describe Burna Boy as “our pride” and “our legend,” noting that the singer continues to bring recognition to Port Harcourt both within Nigeria and on the global stage.
He also mentioned that Burna Boy frequently returns to the city, staying connected to his roots despite his international success.
