SEN.NDUBUEZE CONGRATULATES THE NEW NEC OF APC, LAUDS THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF GOV. UZODINMA TO THE SUCCESS OF CONVENTION.
The Senator representing Imo North Senatorial District, Engr. Patrick Ndubueze, has expressed his satisfaction with the outcome of the just concluded National Convention of the ruling All Progressives Congress.
Speaking to newsmen after the convention, in Abuja on Friday 26th March 2026, the Senator described the Convention as a huge success and congratulated the newly elected National Executive Committee led by Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda as National Chairman.
Sen. Ndubueze further lauded the contributions of Governor Hope Uzodinma and all subcommittee heads to the overall success of the Convention, describing it as one of the most credible and seamless in the history of the Party.
Sen. Ndubueze, who was recently honoured as Legacy Senator of the South East Zone by a renowned group known as the Emergency Political Leaders of Nigeria, went on to express his confidence in the capacity and competence of the new National Chairman to pilot the affairs of the Party and navigate it successfully through the 2027 General Elections.
The legislator re-affirmed his continued support and the support of his Imo North constituents for the new leadership of the party.
“My support for President Tinubu and the National Leadership of our great Party is unwavering and derives from the commitment of my respected leader and governor His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodinma, from whom I have always drawn inspiration, to the success of Mr President and our party “he asserted.
“On behalf of my family and the good people of Imo North Senatorial District, Okigwe Zone, I congratulate our new National Executive Committee ably led by Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, on their emergence in this historic and seamless National Convention, while specifically appreciating Governor Hope Uzodinma and other Heads of subcommittees for a job well done. The success of the National Convention is a clear testament to the proactive management of the Party, and a pointer to the readiness of the APC for the 2027 General Elections” he concluded.
The Senator had earlier hosted all National Delegates from Imo North District to a sumptuous Lunch hours before the convention during which he appreciated the delegates and strategized for impactful participation of Imo North in the Convention.
