Vice President Kashim Shettima has revealed that some visitors from Borno State warned President Bola Ahmed Tinubu against wearing traditional clothes gifted to him during the 2023 campaign, claiming the garments were spiritually manipulated and could lead to his death.
According to Shettima, the incident occurred barely three months after Tinubu assumed office as President.
Speaking during the public presentation of the autobiography of former Head of State, Yakubu Gowon, in Abuja, the Vice President said the President dismissed the allegation and deliberately wore the outfit continuously for one week as a way of publicly rejecting the claims....... .
