May Edochie isn’t losing sleep over her estranged husband and the father of her kids, Yul Edochie.
Amid his recent comment about her, the mother of four took to her Instagram page to announce the opening of her cosmetics store in Lekki.
Sharing a video of her daughter showcasing the store and the product it’s houses, she appreciated her for standing in for her and prayed that they would all prosper against all odds.

While speaking on The Honest Bunch Podcast, Yul had hinted that May did something that pushed him into another marriage. He said he doesn’t mind being a villain in the story, and said he wishes his ex-wife well and wants her to prosper. He noted that she is the mother of his children and mentioned that things happened while they were married, but that he is too much of a man to break down on the internet over it.
Elsewhere in the interview, Yul disclosed he doesn’t post his kids with May because there’s a court order. He shut down reports of abandoning them, saying he pays his son’s university bills and spends time with them. He disclosed that at his last court hearing with May, his daughter came with her and they exchanged pleasantries.
Recently, May Edochie shared a sweet moment with her daughter, Danielle. She shared a video of herself and her daughter showing off their mother-daughter walk, stating that they are creating memories one step at a time.
Recall that Yul fell from grace to grass after his scandal with colleague, Judy Austin which wrecked his marriage to his wife of over a decade, May Edochie.
Their relationship led to Yul’s crashed marriage with his May as she filed for divorce from him, demanding N100 million from Judy, and had also filed a restraining order denying him access to their former matrimonial home, and had gotten full custody of the kids.
Yul and Judy have since started a family of their own and are blessed with three sons, Star Dikeh, Pete Ndubuisi and Universe Yul Edochie.
Since the divorce, May has been winning back-to-back, from bagging several endorsements deal to launching her own products, making her acting debut, hanging out with top celebrities, and getting invites to VIP events. The mother of four had also gotten herself a Range Rover and a house in Abuja.
On Danielle’s birthday on April 10th, May, had written a beautiful note to her, expressing pride in the woman she is becoming. May said her daughter carries so much light, kindness, and purpose, and she is endlessly proud of her.
Late last year, May had written a note to her daughter, Danielle, following her graduation. She expressed how proud she was of the beautiful and intelligent young woman her daughter had become. May said she was convinced that Danielle’s hard work, resilience, and passion had brought her this far, and the same qualities will take her anywhere her dreams may lead her.
Recall in June that the first child of Yul and May had graduated from University. May shared photos of her, expressing pride in her daughter, whom she described as beautiful and adorable.
