Panic broke out in Abuja on Friday after a suspected operative of the Department of State Services (DSS) allegedly fired gunshots at officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) during a traffic enforcement operation.
The incident reportedly happened around the Idu axis of the Federal Capital Territory and caused serious tension among motorists and residents in the area.
