The Nigeria’s First Lady Oluremi Tinubu says her commitment to the promotion of small and medium scale businesses remain strong, describing the sub sector as a foundation for sustainable development in the country.
She stated this while announcing a donation of another 100 million Naira business recapitalization grant of 50,000 Naira each to 2000 women petty traders at the palace of the Emir of Hadeija, HRH Alhaji Adamu Abubakar Maje, where she kickstarted her one day official visit to Jigawa State.
While in the state, the First Lady is expected to flag off the National Community Food Bank program for the North-West zone, as well as inaugurates some key projects, including the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Academy and the Senator Oluremi Tinubu Clinic, being undertaken by the state government.
