A Nigerian lady has shared how a court encounter made her lose a ₦10,000 bet.
Identified as @ChisomAgbafor on X, the lady disclosed the circumstances that led to the bet involving her friend, who was on a job hunt.
Lady Loses Bet
According to the lady, the bet required her friend to inform five senior lawyers ab out his job search to win the bet.
However, he was turned down by the five legal practitioners.
Unknown to him, a senior colleague who witnessed the scene reached out after the court session, offering him a job.
”After court ended, he called the guy aside and said, “I like your courage. Can you resume on Monday? That’s
how I lost ₦10,000“,She added.
