“I am still that girl” – Actress Liz Da Silva declares as she marks 48th birthday

Nollywood actress Liz Da Silva is celebrating her 48th birthday today, June 10th.

Taking to her Instagram page to show off her ageless looks in new photos, she said she is still becoming, shining and blessed. Liz expressed gratitude for the gift of life and the grace to see another beautiful year.

She said she is thankful for every lesson, win, and every moment that has shaped her into who she is.

On her 45th birthday, the Yoruba actress shared some breathtaking photos, expressing gratitude to God for his undiluted love and grace. She stated that she was definitely in her chapter of fulfillment.

Celebrating her day, former NURTW chairman, MC Oluomo poured encomium on her. He described Liz as a strong woman, noting how her incredibly powerful performance had captivated audiences worldwide.

Three years ago, she cried out openly to God for a second child while rejoicing with comedian AY who welcomed another baby after 13 years.

While celebrating her only child’s birthday, she described him as her better half, inestimable value, best friend, and all in one, Liz described how the past 10 years with him have been.

In other news, earlier this year, while reacting to the emotional interview of Papa Ajasco actor Abiodun Ayoyinka, she expressed disdain for the trademarking of his name and questioned whether, if Abiodun were their brother, they would have done it. The Yoruba actress said she had tried to reach out to him, but he hasn’t responded.

Two years ago, Liz was left beaming with joy after passing her UK driving license test. Sharing a video of her and her driving license, she appreciated her creator and her instructor for making it possible for her. She noted how only those who have passed through it can testify and understand her better.

In 2023, Liz Da Silva had unofficially bagged a title after the emergence of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as Nigeria’s President. She announced that she had officially crowned herself as the Ambassador of Togo in Nigeria under BAT’s leadership. She added that the only thing that remained for her was to resume office.
