Supporters of activist and former presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore have expressed outrage following a tense scene at the courtroom as security operatives escorted him away after proceedings.
A video circulating online captured some of Sowore’s supporters shouting at officials, accusing them of using excessive force while removing the activist from the courtroom.
In the footage, agitated supporters could be heard questioning the actions of the security personnel and demanding that Sowore be treated fairly.
