HR manager unimpressed with employee’s conduct

The HR manager appeared unimpressed by the approach, responding that resignations should be submitted several weeks in advance and through proper channels.

“That’s not just disrespectful, it’s incredibly unprofessional,” the manager wrote.

In a follow-up message, the employee maintained that they would not be returning to work, citing excessive overtime and a lack of compensation.

The conversation escalated when the HR manager accused the employee of violating the terms of their employment contract. According to the messages, the company planned to deduct 50% of the salary earned during the month and pay out the remaining balance.

The manager also described the employee’s conduct as “arrogant and unprofessional,” saying it was disappointing that the situation had ended that way.
