Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has publicly responded to a video shared by his estranged partner, Ashabi, in which she appeared to shade him.
In a series of remarks circulating online, Portable claimed that members of Ashabi’s family are still living in a house he rented for her, warning that he will not renew the rent when it expires.
He also alleged that Ashabi’s mother congratulated him after his wife welcomed a baby and that he later sent her money.
The singer went on to make several personal accusations against Ashabi, claiming he no longer has any interest in rekindling their relationship. He praised his wife while drawing comparisons between the two women and insisted that he has moved on.
Portable further claimed that since their separation, Ashabi has stopped trending and warned her against mentioning his name in her videos. He also threatened to deny paternity of their children if she continued what he described as her “evil character.”
