The university added that candidates are expected to print their photo cards after completing registration and present them during the screening exercise.
UNIPORT further explained that all candidates must be at least 16 years old by September 2026 to qualify for admission consideration.
The institution also warned that mobile phones, iPads, iPods, and other electronic gadgets will not be allowed within the screening venue and its surroundings.
Candidates were advised to ensure that their O’Level results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS, as failure to do so may affect admission processing.
The university also directed candidates who initially selected UNIPORT as second choice but wish to be considered for admission to change the institution to first choice through JAMB before Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
In addition, the institution noted that registration is fully online and candidates are not required to visit the university campus physically for the registration process.
