The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Grassroots Sports Development, Prince Anthony Adeyinka Adeboye, has been appointed as the Director, Team Lagos for the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT) and Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat (KOH) campaign team.
The letter of appointment signed by the Director-General of PBAT-KOH, Independent Campaign Organisation, Hon. Fatai Ayoola, read; “Consequent upon your proven track record, unalloyed loyalty and immense contributions to grassroots mobilisation, you have been appointed as Director, Team Lagos for the Independent Campaign Organisation.
“This appointment reflects our absolute confidence in your leadership, organisational skills and strategic capacity to drive the vision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat”.
Renowned for his vast experience as a grassroots mobiliser, Hon. Adeboye’s appointment has continued to elicit felicitations and great hope from members of the public, including the sports community, who reposes confidence in his abilities to deliver on his new task.
