All Set for 2026 Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK Islamic Conference 

The Amir, Leader of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jammat of Nigeria, Barrister Alatoye Folorunso Azeez has led over 50 Nigerian Ahmadi Muslims to the 2026 annual Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK Islamic Conference, Jalsa Salana which begins on Friday, 24 July, to Sunday, 26 July, 2026 at Oakland Farm, Hadeeqatul Mahdi in Surrey. 

The  60th Conference slated for three days brings over 50,000 participants from over 90 countries to increase religious knowledge and promote a sense of peace in society.

A number of parliamentarians, civic leaders and diplomats from different countries will address the gathering to underline the convention objective of enhancing unity ,understanding and mutual respect. 

The highpoint of the Islamic gathering will be the presence and address of the Global leader of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community,  Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih the fifth.

He will address the delegates at the convent for three days providing invaluable insights into religious teachings and its source of guidance for today’s world. 

The event will be televised live on the Muslim Television Ahmadiyya, MTA International from London, rebroadcast by over 20 International and local Television stations across the world. 

In Nigeria, WAP TV, MITV, Tambarin TV Hausa will rebroadcast the programmes on their Channels. 

 Five  Nigerian media organisations: Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Voice of Nigeria (VON), TVC Communications, Radio France International, Hausa Service, MiTV, and Ben TV, London,  currently have correspondents in London for live Reports. 

Fourteen African journalists from Ghana, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Benin Republic, South Africa, Tanzania, Malawi, Uganda, Kenya , Senegal and The Gambia  are also covering the events 

The Media team from Nigeria is led by Dr Qasim Akinreti, who is also the Media Lead Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat of Nigeria. 

Another live reports from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jammat of Nigeria mosque in Ojokoro, Lagos and Idogo Village (Ogun state) will featured prominently with live feeds cross Ahmadiyya Muslim Community centers globally.

According to a statement from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, “the key purpose of the Islamic convention is to enable every sincere individual,to personally experience religious benefits,to broaden thier knowledge ans deepen understanding of Allah Almighty ,by the grace and opportunity given to him”.
