Delaware County resident Richard John Franklin, 65, was arrested after allegedly making antisemitic threats against Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro at the office of State Rep. Leanne Kruger. Police say Franklin used antisemitic slurs while seeking help with outstanding taxes and threatened arson at the governor’s mansion. He was charged with terroristic threats, ethnic intimidation, harassment, disorderly conduct and threatening unlawful harm to influence, and is being held on $100,000 bail.
