Fitness Volt reports that Connor Murphy, a renowned fitness YouTuber known for his looksmaxxing routines, died in Thailand. The fitness enthusiast was between 31 and 32 years old, according to the source.
As of July 2026, his relatives and representatives had made no announcements.
Fitness Volt claimed that a rescue squad was dispatched to the luxury residential area of Bang Phli district in Samut Prakan province shortly after 3 p.m. local time on July 7, 2026, in response to a complaint that a foreigner being sighted in a lake. Divers retrieved his body from 20 meters off the coast.
There were no evident indicators of wrongdoing. An autopsy and tests will be performed, and the US Embassy will be notified.
According to ThaiRath, before police intervention, a village worker documented Murphy’s odd conduct, which included him attempting to donate money to a driver, approaching someone’s car, yelling, rolling on the road, prayer movements, and other incidents.
When cops arrived at the scene of the event, Murphy fled into the village and into the lake, where he swam until he exhausted himself and drowned at a depth of more than 10 meters. Divers discovered him approximately 30 minutes later.
Murphy’s girlfriend, a 22-year-old lady he had been dating for nearly three years and had just returned to see after a long absence, informed ThaiRath that she had never seen her boyfriend use drugs before and couldn’t comment on his peculiar conduct.
