A Nigerian man has shared details of an unexpected birthday gift from his ex-girlfriend that left him shocked.
In a post on his X handle, @Mikelliberation, the man revealed that his ex-girlfriend surprised him with a credit alert of ₦50,000 on his birthday.

According to the X user, his ex-girlfriend was the first to call him with birthday wishes at dawn, before crediting his Opay account.
However, she reached out to him stating, “Take that money and spoil yourself today. I’m grateful you existed in my life”.
Meanwhile, he nearly asked to rekindle things, but memories of their breakup made him transfer the money to his savings account.
