Veteran Nollywood actress Ngozi Nwosu has reached out to the public for financial assistance after disclosing that she has been receiving medical care in the hospital for the past three weeks and requires ₦30 million to undergo multiple surgeries.
The actress made the emotional plea in a video shared on her Instagram page, where she opened up about her deteriorating health condition and appealed to her fans, friends, and family members to stand by her during the challenging period.
Ngozi revealed that her absence from the public eye in recent times was due to her health struggles, explaining that her condition had become overwhelming and beyond her control.
“My people, my fans and my family, I know that you have not seen me in circulation for some time. I have been hospitalized now for three weeks.
“Please, the thing has gone beyond my control. I need your help. Don’t let me die. I know that you people will never forsake me, and I know that God will always see me through. But I’m begging you, my friends and family, don’t let me die,” she said.
The actress further disclosed that she is currently dealing with severe pain and still has three major surgeries to undergo. She stated that the total cost of the medical procedures has been estimated at ₦30 million.
Appealing to compassionate Nigerians and supporters, Ngozi urged those willing to assist her to reach out through her management, stressing that every form of support would contribute significantly toward her recovery.
“Because I am going through a lot, as in pain. I have three surgeries to go through with. Please, don’t let me die. The total amount needed for all surgeries is ₦30 million. If there’s anything you want to do for me, please contact my management,” she added.
Following the emotional revelation, many Nigerians have taken to social media to express concern, offer prayers, and encourage support for the actress as she navigates her health challenges.
