A man suspected by residents of being involved in internet fraud was reportedly attacked by an angry mob after he was allegedly found in possession of several women’s pants and bras at 3rd Marine Gate in Warri, Delta State.
According to reports circulating on social media, the incident occurred after residents allegedly intercepted the man and discovered the items in his possession. Videos and photos shared online appeared to show the suspect being physically assaulted by a crowd before the situation was brought under control. However, it remains unclear whether he was later handed over to law enforcement authorities.
