“My unsuspecting wife obliged and asked my senior daughter to show the woman the house. The young sister, Sheripha followed her. The house of the woman is near ours.

“On the way, the woman brought out N200 and gave it to the elder sister to buy biscuits.  When the elder sister came back with biscuits, the woman had left with the younger girl.

“It was in the process that we raised the alarm. We quickly reported to the Sariki, police, vigilante group and  everyone in the quarters and those who came for the burial mobilised but all efforts to find her proved abortive.

We no dey sleep again because of this. Let the police and government help us so that our child can return.”

Confirming the incident, the state police public relations officer, SP Bright Edafe, said the command was on the trail of the abductor and her syndicate.
