The All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed Senator Uba Sani, Governor of Kaduna State, as Chairman of the Ekiti State Governorship Election Campaign Council.
In a letter dated April 24, 2026, and signed by the APC National Secretary, Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, the party said the appointment recognises Governor Sani’s “distinguished leadership, political experience, and commitment to the success of our party” in the forthcoming election.
The letter, addressed to Governor Sani at the Kaduna State Government House, also formally invited him to the official flag-off of the Ekiti State governorship campaign rally.
