The comprehensive renovation project, driven by the administration of Hon. Benson Sunday Ayodele, is focused on transforming the once dilapidated facility into a modern healthcare centre capable of meeting the growing needs of residents. The facelift reflects a broader commitment to strengthening primary healthcare delivery and improve quality service delivery across the locality.

Work currently underway includes structural rehabilitation, replacement of worn-out roofing, repainting of buildings, and installation of modern fittings to enhance patient comfort and operational efficiency. Contractors handling the project have maintained a steady pace, with visible progress recorded across different sections of the health centre.

During a recent inspection visit by council officials, it was observed that the renovation is progressing in line with expectations. Speaking on the development, the Baale of Oriokuta community, Chief Seriki Adebayo commended the council for prioritizing healthcare infrastructure.
