Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dan Ulasi, has opined that Nigerians would have hope for the country if they listened to his discussions with former presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
NOP NIGERIA reports that Ulasi, while featuring on Arise TV’s Morning Show, said Peter Obi was at his residence four days ago, where they had a brilliant discussion on how he could improve his current political engagements.
Ulasi said Peter Obi had earlier addressed students at the University of Enugu before stopping by his residence, where he also engaged with some of his associates.
According to Ulasi, Peter Obi has been engaging in consultations across the country.
He said, “Four days ago, Mr Peter Obi was in my house in Enugu and we were discussing what can he do better than what he is doing presenting. Each time he comes into Enugu he comes to me and I have known him since I was the National Chairman of APGA when he ran for governorship in Anambra State and since then he have been close.
“This year alone he has been to my house four times, Peter Obi has been doing consultations all across this country. Two days ago he was in Enugu to address students of the coal city and from there he came to my house, I called some of my friends and they asked him questions.
“If you listen to Peter Obi talk you will have hope for this country, that somebody has a concept of what he wants to do and how he would do for the overall benefit of our people, so I confirmed that he was in my house and we had a brilliant discussion.”
